Tracing Probabilities

Thoughts exist in flux—drifting, expanding, and at times, crystallizing into experience. Tracing Probabilities is an ephemeral installation that embodies this process, using sand and clay to visualize the movement from possibility to form. Sand, weightless and fluid, represents an expansive field of potential, while clay balls emerge as tangible markers—traces of thought given shape.

The installation invites a shifting perception. From a distance, clusters of sand and clay recall celestial formations—an abstract universe of thought in motion. Up close, the smallest grains, illuminated by light, reveal hidden presences that would otherwise go unnoticed. The interplay between the vast and the minute mirrors how ideas take shape—sometimes as fleeting impressions, sometimes as lasting imprints.

Like stardust forming galaxies, ideas gather, disperse, and coalesce. Empty space, often overlooked, creates the gravitational forces that shape what becomes visible. Tracing Probabilities is an inquiry into this delicate interplay between impermanence and form, offering the viewer a moment to witness the fleeting yet charged process of becoming.
