Artist Duo’s Statement

Awareness Is a Gift, not only to the self but to others and the world.

Influenced by Eastern philosophies and rooted in ongoing inner work, our self-identified Post-Contemporary practice explores contemplative inquiry, interconnectedness, and non-dualism. Through creating conditions for perceptual shifts and modes of awareness, our work invites direct, contemplative experiences.

With a deep interest in nourishing the human psyche and fostering compassion, our projects engage self-exploration and interconnected understanding, contributing to conversations on healing and collective transformation.

Why We Identify with Post-Contemporary Over Contemporary

Post-Contemporary provides a framework for fostering empathy, universal connection, and transformative experiences rooted in enduring, universal ideas.

Grounded in a humanistic ethos, it highlights the role of aesthetics in facilitating meaningful encounters and emotional resonance.

While the visual arts within Post-Contemporary are still evolving, our installation art expands this category, creating new works within its framework. Through contemplative inquiry and a universal experiential approach grounded in aesthetics, we seek to contribute by constructing a new interconnected understanding.
